The questions that come up before the demo call.
Do I need a special camera?
No. A recent phone or a laptop webcam is enough. Gym-floor rigs use off-the-shelf USB cameras - we specify the models we test against, we do not sell hardware.
What exercises are covered right now?
Squat, deadlift, Romanian deadlift, lunge, bench press, overhead press, push-up and pull-up. New lifts are added after the pose model is validated against them - never before.
How is video handled?
The pose model runs on-device. What leaves the device is joint-coordinate data, not video. Camera footage is not stored on our servers by default. Full detail on the security page.
What is the contract term?
Home is a monthly subscription, cancel any time. Gym Standard is annual. Gym Enterprise is annual with a written service agreement.
Do I have to move off my current gym CRM immediately?
No. Import happens during onboarding week. We run in parallel with your current system while roles and floor coverage are configured.
Do the gym tiers come with training?
Yes. Coached onboarding for the trainer team is included in Gym Standard. Enterprise adds a dedicated success contact through the first year.
