Where the camera watches, we owe you a clear answer.
A product built around a camera has to be blunt about what it does with the feed. This page is written to be readable in five minutes and answers the questions a serious gym owner or a home user asks before signing up.
Video is processed, not stored
The pose model runs on-device. Camera footage is not uploaded or retained by default. What leaves the device is joint-coordinate data, not video.
Encryption in transit and at rest
TLS 1.2+ in transit. AES-256 at rest for member records, form scores and workout history in our data store.
Least-privilege access
Role-based access for front desk, trainer and owner roles. Access decisions are logged in Gym Enterprise.
Retention windows
Pose events retained for 12 months by default. Member records held only for the life of the account, plus statutory retention for billing history.
Camera indicators
On-club rigs show an unambiguous indicator light when the camera is active - members can see when they are being read.
Written data handling
Data processing terms are written into every Gym Standard and Enterprise agreement. The home policy is on this site and linked from your account.

Bakyasri is a young company. Rather than claim certifications we have not completed, here is where we actually are:

Not claimed
- We do not claim SOC 2, HIPAA or PCI compliance today. If we ever do, it will be on the back of an audit report we can hand to you.
